WHAT'S OUT: Thinly shaped eyebrows
WHAT'S IN: Thicker, yet perfectly shaped
Along with the eye pencil, the perfectly thin eyebrow is out too. Again, gone. Grow them in by about 5 rows of hair, coax them in place with clear mascara, fill in very lightly with eye shadow (never pencil.) The less drawn on and the more natural looking the better. Smudge with a old baby toothbrush...think thicker yet still beautifully shaped.
