where do u go for the free gift?
lexie gorgius@aol.comIn addition to the website, the stores offer so much. The website carries something the store doesn't (like FRESH products) and vice-versa (website doesn't carry the Japanese rice bran soap powder for the face). I have always had great service from the website and the store, and I like the fact that you know whether an item is in stock or not. They also list ingredients for products, so I can purchase nail polish without DBP (toxin).
amy, blueeyedgirl1967@msn.comIt doesn't require you to accept CHARGES. It's accept CHANGES. You know, like changes to your profile. It is pretty lame that you have to give out your credit card info, though.
Kalista kalistarch@yahoo.comSephora is a great site for cosmetics, especially their own brand, which is fairly reasonable. The lip pencils are actually creamy enough to color in your whole lip without pain! Shipping is free and the items come beautifully packaged. If you do not like the color, or have any other problem, just send it back postage paid with no questions asked. A great way to trying something, even something really expensive.

I think the site looks keen too, but if you have a slower computer I can see where it might take a while to load the pages. BTW: I am only a customer, not a stockholder!
jane hastings jehastings@earthlink.netvery long time to load page for products sampling
olivia starm9001@aol.comThey ask for your cc info, but I didn't provide it, and I still got a slick little pocket/purse mirror in about 3 weeks. Nice freebie.
Beth cdwst@netscape.netThis site wanted my credit card information before they'd ship my free gift. The text at the top of the page said, "Make sure you click the 'accept charges' button before submitting." If I was only ordering a "free" gift, why would they need my CC info and require me to click a button to accept charges for this gift? Sounds fishy to me.
