. I may be your smallest salon on the program, I don't know. Has it been ten years since I purchased The Salon Manager? I had it back when I was just a booth renter. Long before I actually owned a salon. Its been eight years since I opened up this small six operator booth rent salon (and all the uniqueness a booth rent
salon brings.) The Salon Manager has been a big part in giving me the information I needed before I even knew I needed it by the way) to LEAD me
to success. Id LOVE to tell them about the program!

Friends who have tried the "fulfilling the dream" of owning their own business (right there is when a true friend would have taken them to a shrink) have gone under because they couldn't keep up with the tax obligations. Figuring the payroll and tax liability is a headache and time
consuming thing to do, or a costly thing to pay an accountant for. Keeping up with the intimidating tax forms from the Tax ommission/IRS and trying to understand them is overwhelming. I have never experienced ANY difficulty with the tax obligations. The Payroll Manager completely alleviates these headaches and I see my accountant once a year at tax time, handing him the reports generated by Salon Manager/Payroll Manager.

The majority of my business is 'once a monthers.' I have encouraged them to
make a standing for their appointments, filling my appointment book, making my time more valuable, and the client is being serviced more efficiently. The way Salon Manager updates all files each time a customer is checked out
at the register is the key, I believe, to the success of Londagin Salon. Keeping the client information current, deducting each retail item sold from the inventory count each time, (creating the reports I need of what to
reorder,) creating the easy to read graphs I need to see how my business is growing, and accounting the payroll all at the same time has given me the
organization I have needed in the 'business' end of my business. Let me create behind the chair!! I don't want to worry about these things!

Most of all, Kent, in that you have always been there, just a phone call away, in the past ten years, though I have never met you face to face, you have become a friend, an advisor, and a valuable part of my business. You know how little I know about computers and you are so patient about telling me what to do. Thanks for giving me this opportunity to thank you, Kent.
Thanks for helping me grow. I checked out all the programs on the market before I purchased Salon Manager, a couple of which are still around. I am so fortunate to have made the right decision. Thanks for creating the Salon
Manager.

Ed Lundagun Lndgnsln@aol.comI have owned this software for 3 years it is JUNK. And I have told Kent so. He does not have good tech support when he sends an update to one thing it always screws up one or more things,The softeware does not do what he saids it will. I finally quit throwing my money away for updates. I would tell anyone not to buy this product.
Donna Johner catchawave@joln .netThe top of the line! Best salon manager I have ever dreamed of having. It does everything you could imagine and it is user friendly. The people behind the product are always there if you need them and their support never fails you! After 47 years in the business and many methods of keeping track, this is the easiest and the best! Thank you Kent Crabtree for making this program available!Spa/salon is it!
